Social Groups
Social Circle is a supportive environment for children ages 3-12 years old where the focus is on improving skills, such as building meaningful friendships, emotion management, self-regulation, conversation initiation and maintenance, resolving conflicts, perspective taking, and more. Each group’s curriculum is built from students’ individual goals and areas of need.
In these groups, children have the opportunity to practice social skills through activities, including role-playing, cooperative game play, crafts, discussions, and social stories with their same age peers.
The goal is to help your child feel confident in social situations and build strong connections with their peers through evidence-based practices and individualized curriculum.
Social groups offer a fun, safe and structured way for kids to enhance each child’s specific goals, foster better relationships, navigate the social world, and experience more successful interactions with others.
